Infertility Links offers structured, non-clinical educational packages, which may include:

• All packages are educational and guidance-based only.

• All packages are delivered virtually, except the International VIP Package, which may include in-person, non-clinical concierge support while the client is in Los Angeles.

• Packages are structured around one IVF cycle for educational planning purposes only.

• Services may include roadmap development, educational guidance, introductions to clinics or agencies, and general support communications.

• We do not handle medical records, prescriptions, diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical decision-making.

3. VIP & Concierge Services

The International VIP Package may include:

• Virtual educational guidance and email communication prior to arrival in Los Angeles

• Non-clinical, in-person concierge assistance during the IVF process in Los Angeles

• Introductions to independent donor or surrogacy agencies

• General travel, lodging, and logistical guidance

• Educational support related to one IVF cycle

All other packages provide virtual-only, non-clinical educational guidance and introductions.

4. Affiliate Links & Product Introductions

Infertility Links may reference or link to third-party products (such as IVF tools, supplements, or related resources) for educational and informational purposes only. These links may direct users to external retailers, including Amazon. If you choose to purchase through these links, Infertility Links may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

5. Payment Terms

Package Payments:

Packages may be structured as one or two payments, depending on the level of service:

• Initial Payment: Covers educational consultation, roadmap development, and delivery. Payment is due prior to delivery.

• Secondary Payment (if applicable): Covers additional follow-up educational support or concierge guidance and is due only if services continue.

Payment Methods:

Credit card, bank transfer, or Zelle.

Non-Refundable Policy:

All payments are non-refundable once made. Payments are for educational consulting and guidance services only, not for medical treatment or clinical procedures.

6. Optional Financial Benefits

Some third-party clinics or agencies may, at their discretion, offer special pricing or benefits to individuals introduced through Infertility Links.

• Such benefits are optional and determined solely by the third party.

• They do not influence medical care, treatment decisions, or outcomes.

• All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed providers.

• Individuals who do not work with Infertility Links may not receive these benefits.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Site or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for educational consultations.

• Maintain responsibility for your own medical records; Infertility Links does not collect, store, or transmit protected health information.

• Communicate respectfully with Infertility Links staff and third-party professionals.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Clients may discontinue services after receiving a roadmap; additional payments apply only if services continue.

• VIP services, including in-person concierge support, are non-refundable once initiated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

Infertility Links reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
